I’m so glad you are here.
I am a mom of three wonderful young adults. I have also been teaching and working with teenagers for over 25 years. 
Farmington Valley Educational & Family Coaching is the culmination of years as a certified teacher with a Masters' in Special Education, a counselor with a Masters' in Counseling Psychology, and an advocate working with students and families.
I help parents change their relationships with their teenagers by building mutual respect. I believe in empathic boundaries, and that it is possible to create boundaries without punishment. I want to help you and your teen understand each other better, so you can have greater harmony in your home. 
I help students unlock their potential by working together on their attention, planning skills, and follow-through. I help you focus on your goals, and together we can reach your desired outcome.
